ACE

Moderate to high intensity bootcamp style class geared for weight loss or weight gain, muscle toning and building with accountability led by a certified personal trainer in a group setting. Ace training is available in a 3 or 6 month option and held three days per week for fifty minutes per day and includes a customized nutrition plan, weekly weigh-ins, monthly measurements and progression pictures and a monthly consultation with your trainer to discuss progression and make any necessary modifications. Trainers are available to communicate and monitor progress to aid client in reaching desired fitness goals throughout the contracted time frame. Ace training offers all amenities included in a general membership.

ELITE

Moderate to high intensity bootcamp style class geared for fitness maintenance with muscle toning and building led by a certified personal trainer in a group setting. Elite training is available in a 3 or 6 month option and held three days per week for fifty minutes per day. Elite training offers all amenities included in a general membership.

senior ace/elite

Low impact bootcamp style class geared for weight loss or weight gain, muscle toning and building with accountability led by a certified personal trainer in a group setting. Senior training is available in a 3 or 6 month option and held three days per week for fifty minutes. Trainers are available to communicate and monitor progress to aid client in reaching desired fitness goals throughout the contracted time frame. Senior training offers all amenities included in a general membership.

Youth elite

Age appropriate moderate to high intensity bootcamp style class geared for improvement in sports and daily activity by strength training and conditioning led by a certified personal trainer in a group setting. Training will consist of compound movement, cardio, Isometric training and teamwork skills. Youth/Teen Elite training is a 2 month program and held two or three days per week for one and one half hours per day and includes an initial consultation with your trainer to discuss fitness goals and monthly consultations to discuss any necessary modifications. Trainers are available to communicate and guide client throughout the contracted time frame.

personal

Moderate to high intensity individual training geared for weight loss or weight gain, muscle toning and building with accountability led by a certified personal trainer in an one-on-one setting. Personal training is available in a 3 month or 6 month option and held two or three days per week for fifty minutes per day and includes a customized nutrition plan, weekly weigh-ins, monthly measurements and progression pictures and a monthly consultation with your trainer to discuss progression and make any necessary modifications. Trainers are available to communicate and monitor progress to aid client in reaching desired fitness goals throughout the contracted time frame.
