Cardio Combat Kickboxing

Cardio combat is a dynamic and explosive class that incorporates kickboxing techniques with an intense cardio workout. This class will undoubtedly improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and shred your abs. This class will leave you sweating and ready to take on the world.

This class consists of choreographed step patterns along with segments of toning. You will challenge your mind and body as you burn calories.

20/20/20

Beginning with 20 minutes of anything cardio, followed by 20 minutes of toning and lastly concentrating on 20 minutes of abdominal work. You will definitely leave with a total workout.

pilates

A traditional Pilates mat class led by a certified Pilates instructor using equipment such as a pilates ring, weighted and non-weighted balls, thera-bands, lights weights and more. This class is designed for the beginner and all the way through advanced students. The class incorporates all the key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, core stability, controlled movement and flexibility.

That's right...it's only 20 seconds. Intervals of 20 seconds of work/10 seconds rest. This is a sure way to push yourself into that fat burning zone and have calories blast away all day! This class consists of toning and cardio intervals and is designed to get your heart rate up in that anaerobic zone for short periods of time. MODIFICATIONS GIVEN FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS!

This class features HITT CARDIO and strength circuits focusing on all major muscle groups followed by power yoga flow incorporating both dynamic and static yoga poses as well as a combination of abdominal work, balance poses, and stretching.

Want beautiful firm shapely legs, thighs and glutes? A great lower body workout with exercises designed to help burn fat and tone up your muscles in your lower body. The 1st part of class is concentrated on the lower body, followed by great abdominal exercises.

power hour

A great way to define, sculpt and build lean muscle. Focuses on intense isolation exercise with free weights, bars, balls and resistance bands, ending with abs. Perfect for all fitness levels.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Group Fitness classes must be cancelled WITHIN 8 HOURS OF SCHEDULED CLASS TIME or you will be charged a $10.00 No Show Fee/Late Cancellation Fee.
